SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
70A(c)(3), 70B(d)(3), 108, 188A(g), 204E(b), and 204F(a)
of Article 41 — Governor-Executive and Administrative
Departments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Administrative Departments

70A.

(c)    (3) The members of the Commission shall
receive no salary but all members shall be reimbursed IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS for their
[reasonable] expenses lawfully incurred in the
performance of their official functions.

70B.

(d)    (3) The members of the Commission shall
receive no salary for service on the Commission, but all
members shall be reimbursed IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD
TRAVEL REGULATIONS for their reasonable expenses lawfully
incurred in the performance of their official functions.

108.

(a) A Board of Parole, hereinafter referred to as
the "Board," is hereby established as part of the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
It is composed of a chairman and six associate members.
The members are appointed for terms of eight years each
by the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, with the approval of the Governor, and with the
advice and consent of the Senate of Maryland. From time
to time the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, with the approval of the Governor, shall
designate the chairman of the Board. Of the members
initially appointed as of January 1, 1969, the chairman
is appointed for a term of eight years, and the associate
members for terms of six, five, four and two years
respectively, and thereafter all terms are for eight
years each. The original term of office of one of the
members of the Board of Parole whose office is
established on June 1, 1970, shall commence on June 1,
1970 and shall expire on the January 1, 1972, and the
