SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 3—13A be and it is hereby
added to Article 33 — Election Code, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1974
Supplement) to read as follows:

Article 33 — Election Code

3-13A.

ANY PERSON RESIDING IN AN APARTMENT SHALL GIVE THE
APARTMENT NUMBER AS WELL AS THE STREET NUMBER OF THE
APARTMENT WHEN REGISTERING TO VOTE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
