enforcement officer as defined in subsection (a) of this
section for violation of any of the provisions of this
article or of any rules, regulations or orders issued
pursuant to this article, which offenses are punishable
under [§ 1—1002] § 10—1002 and who is not taken before a
District Court commissioner as required or permitted, the
officer may prepare a written Maryland uniform complaint
and citation or similar written citation. Such citation
shall contain a notice to appear in court, the name and
address of the person charged, the State registration
number of the aircraft, if any, the offense charged, the
time and the place the person shall appear in court and
other such information as may be required.
The person charged may give his written promise to
appear in court by signing the citation prepared by the
officer. In this event, the officer is not required to
take the person in physical custody for the violation
unless the person charged does not furnish satisfactory
evidence of identity or the officer has reasonable
grounds to believe the person charged will disregard a
written promise to appear.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Real Estate Commission — Real Estate
Hearing Board
FOR the purpose of requiring at least [[a certain number
of members]] one public member and one non—public
member of the Maryland Real Estate Commission [[to]]
shall sit [[as]] on a real estate hearing board;
making decisions or orders by the hearing board
final but appealable directly to the circuit court
of any County or to the Superior Court of Baltimore
City; and correcting certain language.
BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,
Article 56 — Licenses
Section 224A (a) and (b)
