LAWS OF MARYLAND

[Ch. 36

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 94(b)(4) of Article 100 - Work,
Labor and Employment, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article 100 — Work, Labor and Employment

94.

(b) (4) Nothing contained in this section shall
prohibit the direct deposit of an [employees] EMPLOYEE'S
wages or salary to the [employees]EMPLOYEE'S personal
bank account when so authorised by the employee.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
