COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

of whom have resided in Talbot County for at least two
years prior to said application.

(b) If the application is made for a
corporation, or club, whether incorporated or
unincorporated, the license shall be applied for by and
be issued to three of the officers of such corporation or
club as individuals for the use of the corporation or
club, at least one of whoa shall be a registered voter
and tax payer of Talbot County, and shall also have
resided therein for at least two years prior to said
application. The application shall also set forth the
names and addresses of all of the officers of such
corporation or club and be signed by the president or
vice—president thereof, as well as by three officers to
whom the license shall be issued. The application for
every such license shall disclose the name and address of
the corporation, partnership, or association as well as
the name and address of the applicant. In the case of a
closed corporation where there are less than three
officers or directors of the corporation all officers or
directors, as the case may be, shall make the application
as provided in this Section. In the event there are no
officers or directors of the corporation, at least one
stockholder may make the application as provided in this
Section if there is an affirmative vote of the
stockholders holding a majority of the stock.

SECTION 14. More Than One License for Same Person or
Premises

(a) No more than one license provided by
this Article except by way of renewal shall be issued to
any person or for the use of any partnership,
corporation, or unincorporated association; and no more
than one license shall be issued for the same premises.

SECTION 15. Restrictions as to number of licenses in
neighborhood

The Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Talbot
County shall have full power and authority by rules and
regulations to limit and restrict in accordance with a
definite standard, the number of licenses which they
shall consider sufficient for any neighborhood. No
license or permit under the provisions of this act shall
be issued in violation of any zoning rule or regulation
as the same may from time exist under and by virtue of
any ordinance or ordinances of Talbot County.
