ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS CONFORM TO THE STANDARDS AND
REQUIREMENTS OF THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY ELECTRICAL CODE AS
ADOPTED AND IN FORCE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHALL BE
SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS SECTION.
(E) NOTHING HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO
REQUIRE THE INSPECTION OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS IN
MOBILE HOMES, PREFABRICATED OR MODULAR DWELLINGS,
BUILDINGS OR OTHER STRUCTURES BY MONTGOMERY COUNTY, NOR
SHALL ANYTHING HEREIN BE CONSTRUED TO LIMIT THE RIGHT TO
INSPECTION CONFERRED BY ANY OTHER SECTION OR CHAPTER OF
THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CODE OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAN.
Sec. 2. Severability.
The provisions of this Act are severable and
if any provision, sentence, clause, section or part
thereof is held illegal, invalid or unconstitutional or
inapplicable to any person or circumstances, such
illegality, invalidity or unconstitutionality or
inapplicability shall not affect or impair any of the
regaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or
parts of the Act or their application to other persons or
circumstances. It is hereby declared to be the
legislative intent that this Act would have been adopted
if such illegal, invalid or unconstitutional provision,
sentence, clause, section or part had not been included
therein and if the person or circumstances to which the
Act or any part thereof is inapplicable had been
specifically exempted therefrom.
Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect on the
76th day following the date on which it becomes law.

AN ACT to add a new Article IV, title "Property
Acquisition Through the Housing Site Acquisition Fund,"
to Chapter 56, title "Urban Renewal and Community
Development," of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, to follow immediately after Article III thereof
to authorize the County to acquire properties through the
"Housing Site Acquisition Fund."
