the prohibitions set forth herein and/or to have made a
false affidavit may be found in default, and the contract
may be terminated by Howard County.

It is not the intent of this Bill to prohibit the
County from doing business with firms or persons in which
a County Official, members of an appointed board or
commission, or employee also hold positions of trust;
however, such information must be disclosed and be on
file in accordance with the requirements of Section 901

inapplicable to any person or circumstance, such
illegality, invalidity, unconstitutionality or
inapplicability shall not affect or impair any of the
remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections, or
part of the ordinance or their application to other
persons and circumstances. It is hereby declared to be
the legislative intent that this Act would have been
adopted if such illegal, invalid or unconstitutional
provisions, sentence, clause, section or part had not
been included therein, and if person or circumstances to

been specifically exempted therefrom.
