FINANCIAL STATEMENT, AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED IN THIS
ARTICLE.

SEC. 9-5. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS WHEN AND WHERE FILED;
SUPPLEMENTARY STATEMENT; PUBLIC RECORD

(A)    EACH CANDIDATE FOR NOMINATION FOR, OR ELECTION
TO A PUBLIC OFFICE SET FORTH IN SUBSECTION 9-4(A) ABOVE,
SHALL FILE WITH THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ELECTIONS FOP
BALTIMORE COUNTY, ON OR BEFORE THE 15TH DAY OF APRIL IN
THE YEAR IN WHICH HE FILES HIS CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY
OR WHEN HE FILES SUCH CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER IS LATER,
THE STATEMENT REQUIRED BY SECTION 9-6(A) OF THIS ARTICLE
FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE YEAR IN
WHICH SUCH CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY IS FILED.

(B)    IN EVENT   A VACANCY OCCURS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY EXECUTIVE OR IN THE COUNTY COUNCIL, THE PERSON
APPOINTED TO FILL THE VACANCY SHALL FILE A PRIMARY
FINANCIAL STATEMENT   WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF
HIS APPOINTMENT.
