VII Precincts 2 through 27 inclusive, of the
12 Election District; and SO MUCH OF
PRECINCT 29 SOUTH OF EASTERN AVENUE AND
Precincts [[29]] 30 through 36
inclusive, of the 15th Election
District.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that this
Act, having been passed by the affirmative vote of five
members of the Council, shall take effect 45 days after
its enactment.

AN ACT to require the periodic disclosure of certain
assets, liabilities, income, gifts and other
interests by certain county officials and certain
candidates for county office; to create a Financial
Disclosure Advisory Board and provide for its
composition, powers and duties; to provide for
enforcement of disclosure requirements and
authorizing the County Executive to extend, by
Executive Order, certain disclosure requirements to
certain appointed persons by changing the
designation of Title 9 of the Baltimore County Code,
1968, from "Election Districts" to "Elections", by
designating the subtitle "Election Districts" as new
Article I thereof; by adding new Sections 9—3
through 9—9 under new Article II, to said title, and
by designating said new Article II as "Financial
Disclosure Act".
WHEREAS, by Chapter 3, Acts of the Special Session
of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1973, new Section
29—10, inter alia, was added to Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, which new section directed
each county to enact public financial disclosure
requirements with respect to any local officials of such
county, including candidates for election to such
offices, the standards and requirements of which shall be
substantially those required by said Chapter 3 for state
officials and candidates, and
WHEREAS, in the interest of good government and
pursuant to said State directive the County Executive of
Baltimore County has requested the County Council to
