such work within a reasonable time thereafter.

23-25. Inspection of Plumbing and Gas Fitting

The Administrative Authority shall inspect all
plumbing and gas fitting for which a permit, other than
an annual inspection permit, is required in Baltimore
County during the course of construction and upon
completion thereof. If any defects are found therein,
the Administrative Authority shall have the authority to
order such plumbing or gas fitting corrected to comply
with the provisions of this Title. It shall be unlawful
for any person to cover or enclose from view any portions
of such plumbing or gas fitting prior to the time that
the Administrative Authority has inspected and approved
it. The Administrative Authority will prepare a written
report of all such inspections and will maintain such
report on file at his office.

23-26 Inspection of Existing Plumbing and Gas Fitting

The plumbing and gas fitting of any building in
Baltimore County may be inspected by the Administrative
Authority at any reasonable time. If any defects are
found therein, the Administrative Authority shall have
the authority to order such plumbing or gas fitting
corrected to comply with the provisions of this Title.

23-27 Right of Entry

The Administrative Authority or his authorized
representatives or assistants, upon exhibiting the proper
credentials or proof of identity, shall have the right to
enter any building, structure, or premises at any time
during daylight hours, or at such other times as may be
necessary in any emergency resulting from or arising out
of any cause that endangers or tends to endanger the
public health or safety, for the purpose of performing
his duties under this Code or enforcing the provisions of
this Code.

23-28 Revocation of Permits

The Department of Permits and Licenses, upon the
recommendation of the Administrative Authority may, at
any time, revoke, for good cause, any permit previously
issued. The owner of a property may, at any time, in
writing, request the revocation of a permit previously
issued for work to be performed on such property.

23—29 Transfer of Permits

(a) If the holder of a permit other than an Annual
Inspection Permit does not desire to do all the work
