SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 12-1103(b) and (c) of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements) , Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing", Article I,
"Plumbing Requirements", and to enact new Section
12—1103(b) and (c) in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place of the section so repealed, to amend certain
requirements concerning types of plumbing materials
permitted and plumbing standards, to renumber the
various subsections of the sections amended herein,
and matters generally related thereto,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections 12-11-3(b)
and (c) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
