SHOW HILL

all ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations of the
Town of Snow Hill in effect on said date shall apply to
said area to the same extent as to all other areas within
the present corporate limits except as hereinafter
provided.

a.    The Town will provide necessary water service
to the area to serve existing and potential development.

b.    Existing and current town policy regarding
assessments for water and other town services will apply
to the area in the same manner as it applies to all other
areas of the town.

c.    That upon the effective date of annexation, no
town taxes will be levied and no town services will be
provided until July 1, 1971; that on and after July 1,
1974 water services will be available and all property in
said area will be subject to taxation by the town of Snow
Hill, in the full rate for taxes and services as may be
levied by the town from time to time.

d.    The target date of annexation is May 17, 1974.

REVISION OF PART OF § 345 OF EVERSTINE'S CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF WORCESTER COUNTY, 1961 EDITION right
of way Plat No. 6690 recorded among the land records of
Worcester County, Maryland, in State Roads Commission
Plat Book B.B. No. 3, folio 150, which said point of
intersection is further designated by the capital letter
B in a circle as laid down on the "Plan of Area to be
Annexed to the corporate limits of Snow Hill, lying to
the South of and adjacent to the present Town Line", made
by Edward H. Richardson Associates, Inc., Consulting
Engineers, dated 6—7—72, and recorded among the land
records of Worcester County, Maryland, in Plat Book F. W.
H. No. 24, folio 14; thence running by and with the two
following courses and distances laid down on said last
mentioned plat, surveyed according to magnetic bearings
of March 1, 1949, namely: South 08° 11' 10" West 573.1
feet, passing over a concrete monument set in the ground
at the distance of 260.0 feet, to another concrete
monument set in the ground at a point indicated by the
capital letter E in a circle; thence running North 66°
13' 40" West the distance of 592.3 feet, passing through
another concrete monument at 417.3 feet to the branch or
ditch marking the existing Town Limits at a point
indicated by the capital letter C in a circle on the last
mentioned plat; thence running by and with said ditch or
branch and its intersection with the northwesterly side
of Dighton Road; thence running North twenty-three
