SALISBURY

Policy.

2.     Newly Developing Properties will be required
to use any available City system at the time of
construction. Front—foot assessments and tapping charges
will be payable at the time of application for service.

3.    Water and Sewer and other improvements and
services will be available to newly annexed areas in
accordance with prevailing City Policy.

4.    Zoning will be that nearest use compatible
with the County Zoning presently in effect in the area at
the time of Annexation. Major zoning changes will be done
only on a comprehensive basis and under the control of
the Planning Commission.

DESCRIPTION OF THE GLEN AVENUE NO. 3 ANNEXATION

All that piece or parcel of land situated adjacent
to and binding upon the easterly corporate limits of the
City of Salisbury, Wicomico County and State of Maryland,
being bounded and abutted as follows: that is to say
beginning at the point of intersection of the corporate
limit and the north curb line of Mount Hermon Road
Easting 1,207,198.11 Northing 197,831.22; thence by the
with said curb line North eighty—six degrees seventeen
minutes ten seconds East (N86° 17' 10"E) one thousand
three hundred and eleven decimal five, two (1,311.52)
feet to a point near the southwest corner of the lands of
Mercantile Safe Deposit and Trust Company Easting
1,208,506.88 Northing 197,916.17; thence South four
degrees fifty—one minutes fifty seconds East (S 4° 51'
50" E) seven hundred and thirty—one decimal three, zero
(731.30) feet to a cement post on the northerly
right—of—way line of Wyman Drive said point being the
southwest corner of the lands of Milford W. & Buela B.
Twilley Easting 1,208,568.88 Northing 197,187.50; thence
along the north side of Wyman Drive North eighty—six
degrees nineteen minutes thirty-five seconds East (N 86°
19' 35" E) seventy—eight decimal nine, five (78.95) feet
to a P.K. nail at the west side of Civic Avenue Easting
1,208,647.67 Northing 197,192.56; thence along the west
side of Civic Avenue North twenty-three degrees three
minutes forty—six seconds East (N 23° 03" 46" E) one
hundred and forty—seven decimal four, nine (147.49) feet
to a point on the extension of the north boundary line of
the Salisbury Shopping Center Incorporated Easting
1,208,705.45 Northing 197,328.26; thence to, by and with
said boundary line of the Salisbury Shopping Center South
sixty—six degrees forty—five minutes twenty—four seconds
East (S 66° 45' 24" E) nine hundred and six decimal
