A. SERVICES AND TAXES
1. On July 1, following the date of Annexation,
normal City taxes will be assessed and the City will be
responsible for providing the following services:
a. Police protection
b. Fire protection
c. Street lights
d. Garbage collection
e. Other normal services, except water,
sewer and storm drainage, in the same manner that they
are provided within the existing City of Salisbury.
2. The City will extend its water, sewer and
storm drain systems into this newly annexed area within a
reasonable time and in a manner consistent with current
policy.
