see, e.g., Art. 83, §128(c)(1).

The present reference to a "legal successor in
interest" is deleted as unnecessary and to
avoid an implication elsewhere in the Code
that, absent such a phrase, a person's success
or in interest would not acquire the rights of
the person.

"CASH PRICE" MEANS THE MINIMUM PRICE FOR WHICH GOODS
