northwest corner of the northern intersection of Sunset
Drive and South Second Street; thence binding with the
west side of South Second Street, north 00 degrees 48

the north east corner of the intersection of South Second
Street and Kerr Avenue thence binding with north side of

to a concrete monument at the corner of an alley, which
point is on the existing boundary of the Town of Denton;
thence following the present boundary line of the Town of
Denton to the Place of Beginning.
