MUNICIPAL CHARTERS
CHARTER AMENDMENT
NO. 64-74-17
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume),
titled "Corporation—Municipal", to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing Section 90
entitled "Non-residents; licenses for sales", of the Code
of Public Local Lairs of Dorchester County (1961 Edition),
said Code being Article 10 of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled
"Cambridge", by repealing said section pertaining to the
obsolete language requiring non-residents to obtain
licenses for sales.
SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED by The Commissioners of
Cambridge that Section 90 of the Charter of said
municipal corporation, entitled "Non-residents; licenses
for sales", be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this
Resolution shall become effective on the 12th day of
March, 1974.

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the

titled "Corporation—Municipal" to amend The Charter of
the Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing Section 91
entitled "Disorderly conduct; penalties" of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Dorchester County (1961 Edition),
said Code being Article 10 of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled
"Cambridge", by repealing Charter provisions pertaining
to disorderly conduct and the penalties therefor.
SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED by The Commissioners of
Cambridge that Section 91 of the Charter of said
municipal corporation, entitled "Disorderly conduct;
