CITY OF CAMBRIDGE VOTING MACHINES ARE PERMITTED TO BE
USED AND ANY REFERENCE TO THE USE OF BALLOTS HEREINAFTER
CONTAINED APPLIES EQUALLY TO THE USE OF VOTING MACHINES
WITH BALLOT LABELS THEREON.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this
Resolution shall become effective the 12th day of March,
1974.

CHARTER AMENDMENT
NO. 53-74-6
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume),
titled "Corporation — Municipal", to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing Section 51
entitled "Additional borrowing power, 1933" of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Dorchester County (1961 Edition),
said Code being Article 10 of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled
"Cambridge", by repealing obsolete Section 51 pertaining
to the bond issue in 1933.
SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED by The Commissioners of
Cambridge that Section 51 of the Charter of said
municipal corporation, entitled "Additional borrowing
power, 1933", be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this
Resolution shall become effective on the 12th day of
March, 1974.
