which was established in 1953 by the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, known as House Bill No. 623,
Chapter 777 of the Laws of Maryland; thence, from No. 5
marker. South 41 degrees 22 minutes West, 9.9 feet to a
point in the center of Glasgow Street; thence still along
the same course, South 41 degrees 22 minutes West, 300
feet to a point where course No. 1 of the City limits
intersects the second coarse of the existing City limits;
thence along the second coarse of the existing City
limits line, which is 300 feet from and parallel to
Glasgow Street, South 47 degrees 09 minutes East, 756.4
feet to a point where City limits line No. 2 intersects
City limits line No. 3; thence, along City limits line
No. 3, South 30 degrees 47 minutes West, 3080 feet to a
point where said City limits line intersects the back
line of the City Garage lot; thence, in a straight line,
North 1 degree 06 minutes East, 1884 feet to a point
where said line intersects the southwest line of Edlon
Park subdivision; thence along the Southwest line of
Edlon Park subdivision. North 31 degrees 04 minutes West,
305 feet to a point where said southwest line of Edlon
Park subdivision intersects the northwest line of Edlon
Park subdivision; thence along the northwest line of
