DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST 100.58 FEET TO A POINT
ON PRESENT CORPORATE LIMITS SAID POINT BEING ALSO THE
NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF THE STALEY LANDS, THENCE WITH
SAID CORPORATE LIMITS AND CROSSING KELLY AVENUE SOUTH 35
DEGREES 45 MINUTES WEST 20.19 FEET TO THE BEGINNING,
CONTAINING 0.185 OF AN ACRE MORE OR LESS.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this
Resolution shall become effective at the end of
forty—five (45) days following its final enactment unless
a proper petition for referendum hereon shall be filed,
as permitted by law.

RESOLUTION NO. 44

Resolution of the Commissioners of Bel Air to amend
subsection (a) of Section 105 of the Charter of the Town
of Bel Air to change the qualification of voters of the
Town of Bel Air by eliminating the requirement that a
voter in town elections must be a person who has resided
within the corporate limits of the town six (6) months
next preceding any town election on or after the first
Monday of December 1972, and by substituting a residency
requirement of thirty (30) days next preceding any town
election held on or after the first Monday in December
1974.

SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of
Bel Air that subsection (a) of Section 105 of the Charter
of the Town of Bel Air be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:

105. Election, term, quorum, and meetings of
Commissioners.

(a) Voters. Every person who has resided within
the corporate limits of the Town of Bel Air THIRTY (30)
DAYS NEXT PRECEDING ANY TOWN ELECTION HELD ON OR AFTER
THE FIRST MONDAY OF DECEMBER 1974, [six (6) months next
preceding any Town election held on or after the first
Monday of December 1972] who is above the age of eighteen
