CERTIFICATIONS
of the Acts of 1974 was submitted to the voters of the
State of Maryland under the provisions of Article XIV of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland, said Act being
as follows:
AN ACT concerning City of Baltimore — Rehabilitation
and Improvement Loans. For the purpose of amending the
Constitution to authorize the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore to make, guarantee or insure financial loans
for or in connection with the rehabilitation, renovation,
redevelopment or improvement of residential or commercial
property, or any combination thereof, in Baltimore City,
and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of
the State for adoption or rejection.
And it is hereby certified that at said election,
317,897 votes were cast for the adoption of said Chapter
133 and 185,122 votes were cast against the adoption of
said Chapter 133, the said Chapter 133 of the Acts of
1974 has therefore been ratified by the qualified voters
of Baltimore City, Maryland.

Maryland, Done at the City of Annapolis, this 27th day of
November, In the Year of Oar Lord, One Thousand, Nine
