NOT BE AFFECTED THEREBY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975. It shall remain effective
for a period of one year and at the end of June 30, 1976,
and with no further action required by the General
Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no further
force and effect.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County — Multi—Family
Occupancy Tax

FOR the purpose of authorizing the governing body of
Prince George's County to impose a local
multi—family occupancy tax by legislative act on
certain multi—family dwelling units; to enact
certain other legislation to aid in the collection
and administration of that tax; and providing that
this act shall expire after a certain time.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 75-4 be and it is hereby added
to the Public Local Laws of Prince George's County being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended) to read as
follows:
