(d) In Anne Arundel County, there shall be an
additional [nonvoting) VOTING member of the Board of
Education who shall be a regularly enrolled senior year
student of good character and in good standing from an
Anne Arundel County public high school. The student
member shall serve for one year and shall be selected in
his or her junior year by a method selected by the
Chesapeake Regional Association of Student Councils—Anne
Arundel County.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County Public Education —
Affidavit of Disclosure
FOR the purpose of directing the [[State]] Prince
George's County Superintendent of Schools to devise
an Affidavit of Disclosure relative to motor
vehicles belonging to parents and guardians of
certain students in Prince George's County;
requiring the Superintendent to provide by rule and
regulation that the Affidavit be a pre—requisite of
enrollment for students entering certain schools,
with certain exceptions; specifying information to
be disclosed by the Affidavit; providing attestation
of the affidavit before certain witnesses; providing
that false attestation shall be deemed a misdemeanor
and specifying a penalty for violation of provisions
of the Act; and providing for the information
obtained to be transmitted to certain officials.
