(a) (3) Park a vehicle, whether occupied or not,
except temporarily for the purpose of and while actually
engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or
passengers:

(i) Within 50 feet of the nearest rail
of a railroad crossing; or

(ii) At any place where an official sign
prohibits parking[.]; OR

(III) UNLESS HANDICAPPED, IN A SPACE OR
ZONE PROPERLY MARKED AS RESTRICTED FOR THE USE OF
HANDICAPPED PERSONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
