(B) IN FREDERICK COUNTY, EACH MEMBER OF THE
FREDERICK COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
SHALL RECEIVE $500 ANNUALLY FOR TRAVELING AND OTHER
EXPENSES, EXCEPT THAT THE TWO MEMBERS APPOINTED BY THE
FREDERICK COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION SHALL ONLY RECEIVE
[[$250]] $500 IN ADDITION TO ANY AMOUNT RECEIVED FOR
EXPENSES FOR SERVICE ON THE FREDERICK COUNTY BOARD OF
EDUCATION.

SECTION 2.. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 9C(j-1) be and it is hereby
added to Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1974
Supplement) to read as follows:
