THE COUNTY COUNCIL.

SECTION 3., AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Municipal Corporations — Annexation

FOR the purpose of providing that in Anne Arundel County,
annexation of lands shall be conditioned upon the
sharing as herein provided, by the annexing
authority of a fair proportion of the burden of
governmental services and facilities in the area
annexed which were provided by the county prior to
annexation.

SECTION 1.     BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That    new Section 19(r) be and it is hereby

added to Article   23A — Corporations — Municipal, of the

Annotated Code    of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume and

1974 Supplement)   to read as follows;

(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEWER, WATER, ROADS OR
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS) WITH RESPECT TO WHICH COUNTY BONDS,
