SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 19A be and it is hereby added
to Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1974
Supplement) to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

19A.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY LAW TO THE CONTRARY, THE CITY OF
ANNAPOLIS MAY ISSUE A BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE WHICH
AUTHORIZES THE HOLDER TO KEEP FOR SALE AND SELL BEER,
WINE AND LIQUOR AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT WITHIN THE CITY FOR
CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES ONLY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Chesapeake Bay Dredging Areas

FOR the purpose of [[altering the permitted areas for
dredging oysters in the Chesapeake Bay]] more
clearly defining a certain area where oysters may be

Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
