is hereby repealed.

shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Unclaimed Property — Abandoned Deposits

FOR the purpose of altering the number of years after
which bank deposits, or funds paid toward the
purchase of interest in a financial organization,
shall be considered abandoned and provide for a
notice to the depositor.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
