AN ACT concerning

Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning
Commission — Montgomery County Budget Procedures
and Administrative Tax

FOR the purpose of changing the date established for the
transmission and approval procedures of the portion
of the Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning
Commission's Budget relating to Montgomery County;
changing the date for the levy of the Administrative
tax; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Chapter 780 of the Acts of the General Assembly of

1959, as amended
Section 16(a) and 93(d)

being also

The Public Local Laws of Montgomery County
Section 85-16(a) band 85-93(d)
Article 16 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1972 Edition and 1973 Supplement, as amended)

being also

The Public Local Laws of Prince George's County

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 16(a) and 93(d) of Chapter 780 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 19 59, being also
Sections 85-16(a) and 85—93(d) of Article 16 of the
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1972 Edition and
1973 Supplement, as amended), being also Sections
59-17 (a) and 59-95(d) of Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, as amended) be and they are hereby
