AN ACT concerning

Washington Suburban Sanitary District
Bond Anticipation Notes — Ceiling Raised
MC 13-75

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission to increase the short term
borrowing ceiling on bond anticipation notes; and
clarifying language.

Article 16 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1972 Edition, as amended)

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
Section 83-69 (a)

Article 17 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 4—8(a) of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District Code (1969 Edition, as
supplemented) being also Section 86—4—8(a) of the Public
Local Laws of Montgomery County being Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1972 Edition, as
amended), being also Section 83—69(a) of the Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (196 3 and 1967
Supplement, as amended) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
