SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 8(1) and 11(a) of Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

8.

(1) In St. Mary's County the annual license fee
for a Class A beer license is [$150] [[$75]] $150.

11.

(a) In St. Mary's County the annual fee for [such
a] THIS license [shall be fifty dollars ($50,00)] IS
$100. The fee [shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00)]
IS $150 for a Special Class D (on sale) beer license
entitling the holder to sell beer on Sunday.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County — Outdoor Music Festivals

FOR the purpose of requiring persons who desire to
conduct outdoor music festivals in St. Mary's County
to first obtain permits from certain county and
State authorities; providing that such persons may
pledge certain property in lieu of a cash bond under
certain circumstances; amending certain sections to
provide certain exceptions: and clarifying language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
