such time as presiding officers are elected. The
delegates to this meeting shall be the members of the
[[state]] central committee for each county and
legislative district of Baltimore City. [Regardless of
size, each such delegation shall have the number of votes
equal to the number of Delegates elected to the Bouse of
Delegates.] EACH DELEGATION IS ENTITLED TO CAST THE
NUMBER OF VOTES PROVIDED [[FOR IN §11-2, SUBSECTION (B)
OF THIS ARTICLE]] BY PARTY RULES.
11-2.
(b) For parties required to select nominees at a
primary election, the central committee for the counties
or Baltimore City shall be selected as provided in this
article. Except as otherwise provided in this section,
the central committee for any county or Baltimore City
shall consist of such number of persons elected from each
county and legislative district of Baltimore City as
determined by party constitution. [and in] IN a State
central committee meeting EACH COUNTY OR BALTIMORE CITY
COMMITTEE [shall be] IS entitled to cast [the same
number of votes as that county or legislative district of
Baltimore City shall be entitled to elect to the House of
Delegates of Maryland.] A NUMBER OF VOTES AS PRESCRIBED
BY PARTY RULES. Any vacancy in the party central
committee for any county or legislative district of
Baltimore City, Anne Arundel or Baltimore counties shall
be filled by the remaining members of the committee
elected from that county or legislative district of
Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, or Baltimore counties.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Democratic National Convention — District Delegates
FOR the purpose of making certain changes in the method
by which district delegates to the Democratic
national party convention are determined; providing
for certification of the number of delegates by a
