(1970 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 1-187 of Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle
Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 66 1/2 — Vehicle Laws

1-137.

Special mobile equipment means every vehicle not
designed or used primarily for the transportation of
persons or property and incidentally operated or moved
over the highways, including farm tractors, road
construction or maintenance machinery, ditch—digging
apparatus, well-boring apparatus (and], concrete mixers,
AND MOBILE HOMES AS DEFINED IN §266EE-2(G) OF ARTICLE 41.
The foregoing enumeration shall be deemed partial and
shall not operate to exclude other such vehicles which
are within the general terms of this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
