ANY ABORTION REFERRAL BUSINESS OR SERVICE BY SECTION 129A
OF THIS ARTICLE TO ACCEPT, SOLICIT, SPLIT, OR DIVIDE FEES
RECEIVED BY A PHYSICIAN, HOSPITAL, HEALTH-RELATED

FACILITY, OR DISPENSARY PERFORMING OR INDUCING ABORTIONS
WITH RESPECT TO PERSONS BROUGHT TO, RECOMMENDED BY, OR
REFERRED TO THAT PHYSICIAN, HOSPITAL, HEALTH-RELATED
FACILITY, OR DISPENSARY.

(B)        A VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS

SECTION CONSTITUTES A MISDEMEANOR, WHICH UPON CONVICTION,
IS PUNISHABLE BY A FINE OF NOT MORE THAN $5,000 OR A TERM
OF IMPRISONMENT OF NOT MORE THAN ONE YEAR, OR BOTH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Workmen's Compensation — Employees of Small Farms

FOR the purpose of permitting employees of small farms to
be entitled to protection under the Workmen's
Compensation laws by authorizing certain employees
to be insured under a group compensation insurance
policy; and generally relating to that coverage.

BY adding to

Article 48A — Insurance Code

Section 547 to be under the new subtitle

"36. Agricultural Group Policies"
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1972 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 547 to be under the new
subtitle "36. Agricultural Group Policies" be and it is
hereby added to Article 48A — Insurance Code, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement) to read as follows:
