section 117(b)(3)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 117(b)(3) be and it is hereby
added to Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement) to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

117.

(B) (3) HOWEVER, IN BALTIMORE COUNTY, A MEMBER OF AN
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSEE'S IMMEDIATE FAMILY UNDER 18
YEARS OF AGE MAY NOT BE EMPLOYED TO SELL, DELIVER OR
OTHERWISE DEAL WITH ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY THE HOLDER OF
AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Creation of a State Debt — Home Financing

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State
debt in the aggregate amount of [[Twenty Million

Dollars ($20,000,000)]] Ten Million - Dollars

($10,000,000), to be known as the "Home Financing
Loan of 1975", to be used to provide mortgage money
for disadvantaged and low income citizens of
Maryland; and providing generally for the issue and
