EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE ENGAGED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF
THEIR DUTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS. The State member, or his alternate as the
case may be is authorized to certify to the Commission "a
local development commission" and to perform any and all
acts required and necessary to carry out the provisions
of this or said "Appalachian Regional Development Act of
1965," as amended from time to time.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

State Agencies — Reimbursement
for Expenses

FOR the purpose of providing that certain members and
other agents of certain State agencies, boards and
commissions shall be reimbursed for expenses
incurred in the actual performance of their duties
in accordance with the Standard Travel Regulations
as promulgated by the Department of Public Works.
