approves. Employees of the Board shall be selected in
accordance with the rules of the State Department of
Personnel. Each appointed miner and operator member
receives $12 for each day of service rendered as a Board
member. He shall be reimbursed for necessary traveling
expenses and disbursements made in the conduct of his
Official duties IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS, not to exceed $200 in any year.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

other agents of certain State agencies, boards and
commissions shall be reimbursed for expenses
incurred in the actual performance of their duties

as promulgated by the Department of Public Works.
