(f) The members of the Commission shall not receive
any remuneration other than reimbursement for their
necessary expenses incident to conduct of the
Commission's business IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD
TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
7—203 of Article - Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article — Agriculture

7-203.

(a)    The members shall elect a chairman at any time
from among the members. The authority shall meet when
the chairman, the Secretary, or any four members call a
meeting. They may adopt bylaws covering the organization
and procedure.

(b)    Each member shall be paid $500 annually except
that any member who is a regular employee of the state
shall serve without compensation. Any member of the
authority may be reimbursed for his reasonable traveling
expenses incurred on behalf of the authority IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
6-403, 7-204(a) and 7-206 (a) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
