SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
5 of Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers and Land

Surveyors

5.

Members shall not receive compensation for serving
on the Board, but shall be reimbursed for all [actual ]
traveling, incidental and clerical expenses necessarily
incurred in carrying out the provisions of this article
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
1(e) of Article 75A — Public Accountancy, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (4969 Replacement Volume and
1970 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 75A - Public Accountancy

1.

(e) Each member, officer, assistant and employee of
the Board shall be paid such compensation as may be
allowed from time to time in the State budget, and shall
be reimbursed for his [actual and] necessary expenses
incurred by authority of the Board in the discharge of
his official duties IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD
TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
7 of Chapter 458 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1968, be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Chapter 458

7.

The members of the Commission and Advisory Councils
shall serve without compensation, but shall receive their
necessary expenses incident to the discharge of their
duties as provided for herein IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS.
