(P) ANY PERSON WHO RECEIVES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 12G OF THIS ARTICLE, A TAX
CREDIT FOR PROPERTY TAXES IMPOSED UPON REAL PROPERTY IN A
POLITICAL SUBDIVISION WHICH IS BASED ON THE RESTORATION

AND PRESERVATION OF STRUCTURES HAVING HISTORIC OR

ARCHITECTURAL VALUE IS NOT ENTITLED TO THE DEDUCTIONS
FROM STATE INCOME TAX AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

FOR the purpose of providing that certain members and
other agents of certain State agencies, boards and
commissions shall be reimbursed for expenses
incurred in the actual performance of their duties

as promulgated by the Department of Public Works.
