AN ACT concerning

Pistols — Dealer's License

FOR the purpose of changing the age requirements for
applicants for a pistol and revolver dealer's
license.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments

Section 443(d) (4) (ii)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 443(d) (4) (ii) of Article 27 -
Crimes and Punishments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it
is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments

443.

(d) The application for a pistol and revolver
dealer's license shall contain the following information:

(4) A statement by the applicant that he or
she:

(ii) Is at least [eighteen] 21 years of
age AS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
