FOR the purpose of providing in Howard County for the
appointment of Masters in Chancery for Juvenile and
Domestic Relations causes; providing for the duties
and compensation of the Masters and for the
appointment and compensation of staff assistants;
providing for the collection and disposition of
costs; and generally relating to the establishment
of Masters in Chancery for Juvenile and Domestic
Relations Causes in Howard County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7.307 of the Public Local Laws of
Howard County being Article 14 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1972 Edition and 1973 Supplement,
as amended by Chapter 847 of the Laws of 1974) be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
