and [the actual amount of] traveling expenses of such
member incident to attending said meetings of the Board.
In addition to any amounts which may be allowed by way of
per diem and traveling expenses, as above provided, all
hotel and incidental expenses which any member may incur
when attending to the necessary duties of his office
shall be allowed to such member. MEMBERS SHALL BE
REIMBURSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS. All moneys collected under this subtitle
shall be paid over to the State Treasurer, and shall
become general funds of the State. Such moneys shall
thereafter be disbursed by the Comptroller only pursuant
to an appropriation made in accordance with §§ 32 and 52
of Article 3 of the Constitution or pursuant to the
provisions of §§ 1 through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A
of this Code, title "Budget and Procurement," as amended
from time to time.

470.

The first meeting of the said Board of Osteopathic
Examiners shall be held on the first Tuesday of June, one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at Baltimore,
Maryland, and subsequent meetings for organization, in
June, annually; the Board shall also meet whenever so
directed by the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene;
suitable notice in the usual form being given by the
secretary of the Board to each of the members thereof,
specifying the time and place of meeting. MEMBERS SHALL
BE REIMBURSED FOR EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE ACTUALLY
ENGAGED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

At the first meeting of the Board, and at each
annual meeting in June, an organization shall be effected
by the election from its membership of a president, a
secretary, and a treasurer.

482.

(a)    There is a State Board of Podiatry Examiners
which is a part of the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene. It consists of five registered and practicing
podiatrists of recognized ability and honor. Each Board
member is a resident of the State and has been in active
practice in the State for at least five years immediately
preceding his appointment.

(b)    The Governor, with the advice of the Secretary
of Health and Mental Hygiene, shall appoint a successor
to each member of the present Board upon the expiration
of their terms or a vacancy in office, from a list of
qualified podiatrists of double the number of vacancies
to be filled submitted by the Maryland Podiatry
