AN ACT concerning

Garrett County — Orphan's Court Judges

FOR the purpose of increasing certain travel expenses and
providing for attendance expenses for Orphan's Court
Judges in Garrett County.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Article — Estates and Trusts
Section 2-108 (a)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY. OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2—108(m) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article — Estates and Trusts

2-108.

(a) Each of the judges of the court for Garrett
County shall receive annual compensation in the amount of
$600, together with an allowance of [five] 12 cents per
mile for each mile traveled in attending AND RETURNING
FROM the sessions of the court. EACH JUDGE SHALL ALSO
RECEIVE $10 FOR EVERT DAY'S ATTENDANCE UPON THE SESSIONS
OF THE COURT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FARTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
