AMOUNT APPROPRIATED FOR THE POSITION ABOLISHED]] THE
DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL SHALL APPROVE THOSE
RECLASSIFICATIONS INVOLVING AN INCREASE OF THREE PAY
LEVELS OR LESS. RECLASSIFICATIONS INVOLVING MORE THAN
THREE PAY LEVELS ARE TEMPORARY AND SHALL BE PRESENTED TO
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY FOR APPROVAL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

FOR the purpose of providing for cooperative agreements
between the local boards of education and the Board
of School Commissioners of Baltimore City and
teacher training institutions; providing for the
approval and selection of supervising teachers and
their improvement program; providing for the
authority of student teachers; and generally
relating to student teaching.

to Article 77 — Public Education, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)
to read as follows:
