FOR the purpose of requiring the filing of certain
certificates of compliance by certain employer —
applicants prior to the issuance to them of certain
licenses or permits; providing that licenses or

permits__may be issued if certain evidence of

insurance in lieu of certificates of compliance, is
provided by employer—applicants: providing that the
Workmen's Compensation Commission supply certain
forms to agencies issuing licenses or permits;
providing certain procedures for the processing of
forms by the Commission; providing certain remedies
for rejected applications; providing for the
adoption of certain rules and regulations by the
Commission for the administration of the provisions
of this Act; providing that certain funds be
provided for in the State budget; and generally
relating to the issuance of licenses and permits in
this State and compliance by applicants with the
Workmen's Compensation Law in the State.
