[5-505.

If any person fails to comply with a lawful order or
subpoena issued by the Department under this subtitle or
to appear to testify to any matter concerning which he
may be lawfully interrogated, upon petition of the
Department, setting forth the facts, it shall be the duty
of the circuit court of any county or of the Baltimore
City Court, as the case may be, to compel obedience to
the requirements of such subpoena or order and to compel
the production of relevant documents and other evidence.
Any person failing, refusing or neglecting to comply with
the order of the court shall be punished for contempt of
court.]

[5-603.

If the Department determines that any licensee is
guilty of any violation of the aforesaid provisions of
this article or rules and regulations the authority of
the licensee to do business may be revoked or suspended
for a period of time determined by the Department.]

[5-604.

If the license is refused, the applicant, within
ten (10) days from the date of notice or refusal is
mailed, may request a hearing. The hearing must be held
within thirty (30) days of the date of request, and the
Department must render a decision within twenty (20) days
following the hearing.]

[5-605.

subtitle shall not conduct any business as a wrecker or
scrap processor, as defined in this subtitle, during the
