regulations for the issuance of a certificate, on a
reciprocal basis, to any plumber presenting a master
plumber's certificate issued by a board or agency of any
subdivision or official body of this State, for the
current year, when the standards of competency or fitness
established by such board or agency are equal to or more
than the requirements of [said] THE Board of
Commissioners, and [such] THE applicant shall pay the
fees provided by this subtitle and deposit the bond
required by [said] THE Board of Commissioners.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 8-401 (c) of Article - Real
Property, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
