SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County — Board of
Alcoholic Beverage License Commissioners

FOR the purpose of increasing the salary of the Chairman
and members of the Board of License Commissioners in
Anne Arundel County.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 155(c)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 155(c) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

155.

(c) In Anne Arundel County the chairman of the
board of license commissioners shall receive annually as
salary not more than [one thousand two hundred dollars
($1,200.00) ] $5,000; each other member of the board shall
received annually as salaries not more than [one thousand
dollars ($1,000.00)] [[$4,000]] $2,000, plus
reimbursement for expenses reasonably incurred by them.
