AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City — Housing Authority of
Baltimore City

FOR the purpose of finding and declaring the necessity of
assisting persons who lack sufficient income to
afford decent, safe and sanitary dwelling
accommodations without overcrowding in obtaining
such housing within the area of operation of the
Housing Authority of Baltimore City; providing that
the Housing Authority of Baltimore City is
authorized to provide housing for persons of
eligible income as defined herein; providing that
the Housing Authority of Baltimore City is
authorized to rent or lease housing to persons of
eligible income; and further providing that within
the area of operation of the Housing Authority of
Baltimore City, the State public body is authorized
to aid and cooperate with the Housing Authority of
Baltimore City on housing projects for persons of
eligible income.
